Together, the three frameworks form an ongoing research program examining how outcomes are produced by architecture—and what becomes possible when that architecture becomes visible enough to change.

The three levels were never separate.
The Same Room, Three Doors is the culminating book in the current research program.
It is not a fourth level of architecture.
It brings the self, the leadership seat, and the institution into the same frame: the same underlying mechanism appearing at three different resolutions.
