Recalibrate: A Self-Paced Guided Course
Four Weeks with Load-Bearing · by Victoria Williams, Ph.D.
Coming Early 2027
From Recognizing the Patterns to Reconsidering What You Carry
What happens after you recognize what you've been carrying and begin to consider what might need to change?
Recalibrate is a self-paced guided course designed to help people examine one real situation involving competence, responsibility, care, or accomplishment and consider how they want to respond.
Load-Bearing introduces the Infrastructure Self™ framework and examines how adaptive patterns develop. Recalibrate provides a structured opportunity to explore the framework's four practices in the context of your own life.
The course is designed for people who regularly carry significant responsibility at work, at home, or in relationships, including managers, clinicians, caregivers, and others who are accustomed to being relied upon.
No prior reading of Load-Bearing is required.
Four Modules. Four Practices. One Situation to Explore.
Participants select one situation from their own lives and work with it throughout the course.

A one-page planning sheet
Optional journal prompts and a creative coloring activity
Suggested reading from Load-Bearing for those who wish to explore further
Additional resources include the Conversation Guide, the Infrastructure Self™ framework guide, and links to related books and creative resources.

A written account of one situation they are navigating
A considered next step that reflects their circumstances
